RETURNS POLICY
At Floral Fantasies we pride ourselves on providing quality products and services.
Flowers are a perishable product and as such, react to various weather conditions. Extreme heat, sudden climate changes or air conditioning will have an effect on flowers and their overall longevity. Each flower is unique, some will open fully, and others may not open at all. Some are fragrant and others have no scent. This does not mean that they are of a lesser quality, it simply means they are different varieties.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS – CUT FLOWERS
3/4 fill a clean glass vase with fresh tepid water. Give the stems an angular cut approx 1-2 cm from the base, add into water without delay and ensure no leaves sit below water line. Change water when cloudy. For flowers arranged in floral foam, add fresh water daily. Keep away from cold draughts, direct sunlight and heat generating appliances. Some varieties of flowers are toxic to animals, so please take precautions and keep pets safe.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Just as each flower is unique, so too, are the requirements of every customer. For that reason, we ask that you please contact us directly via phone (07) 3137 1719 or email info@floralfantasies.com.au to discuss any queries or concerns. A number of resolutions may be available and are subject to the individual situation.
If there is an issue with the product;
• Contact is to be made within 24 hours of purchase with a valid reason for return
• Images must be provided or the original product returned to our store to be evaluated
• We cannot refund due to change of mind
• Agreed refunds will be processed via the original payment method
• A voucher equal to the amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases
Refunds are made at the discretion of Floral Fantasies.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date and time. A refund will be made minus a $10 administrative fee. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Note: We are unable to cancel orders that are already made up and awaiting delivery.

Floral Fantasies conforms to the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 which requires companies to comply with the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). By using this website you accept the terms of and consent to us using your information in accordance with this policy.
We lawfully collect personal information that is necessary for our business to function. This information may include:

We will not sell, rent or trade any personal information collected to any third parties.

If you at any time receive any communication from Floral Fantasies which you would not like to receive, please contact us and we will remove your name from our mailing list.

Floral Fantasies will take appropriate steps to keep personal information secure and up to date.
Floral Fantasies provides a secure payment gateway, through Stripe. Please check their privacy policies before placing an order with us.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
It may be necessary for us to review and revise our Privacy Policy from time to time. An amended version will be posted on our website at www.floralfantasies.com.au Visit our website regularly to keep up to date with any changes.

All photographic images used on www.floralfantasies.com.au, marketing materials and all forms of media are owned by Floral Fantasies and subject to protections under the Australian copyright law.
Our team will always endeavour to provide a product as close to the website image as possible. We will carefully choose similar flowers and colours. If you have a preference, please specify in the order notes section on our website.
DELIVERY
Orders are delivered by our team or a third party courier company. Delivery charges are detailed in the shipping section of our website.
Order cut off times for same day delivery are Monday – Friday 11:00am and Saturday 10:00am
We aim to get all our deliveries out between 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am-2:00pm Saturday.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
We do not deliver on Public Holidays.
If the recipient is not home, we will leave the product in a safe location.
If the incorrect delivery details are provided or we are unable to gain access to the property, we may need to return the product to our store. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery which will incur a re-delivery fee.
During peak periods, Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Christmas we are unable to take specific delivery time requests due to a substantial increase in the volume of orders received. Order cut off times for these peak periods will be detailed on our website in advance.
We can only deliver alcohol with flowers, plants and gifts. Alcohol cannot be left at an address unattended. The sender and receiver of the alcohol must be 18 years of age or older.
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Floral Fantasies have implemented the following: Regular interval shop cleaning, disinfecting and hand sanitising. Courier contact-less delivery is available upon request "knock and leave in a safe location". Applied social distancing.
